Piling

Piling is a deep foundation technique, which consists in drilling and driving into the soil some piles, according to a designed piling grid.

Once driven, a pile cap is embedded within the heads of each pile to distribute the load on a larger area than a single pile can support. A significant advantage of driving piles compare to drilling shafts is, at the same time piles are driven, the soil displaced compressed the surrounding soil causing greater friction against the sides of the piles, thus increasing their load-bearing capacity.

With the TelePile©, Tele Textiles offer a cost-effective alternative and efficient solution to steel pipes for piling and micropiling (or geotechnical) application.
